Bang Bang Broccoli

Ingredients:


BANG BANG SAUCE : mix together and set aside

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise

  • 1/4 sriracha

  • 2 tablespoons cayenne

  • 1 tablespoons pepper

  •  1 table spoon all season salt


BANG BANG BROCCOLI :

  • 1 lb. broccoli, chopped into florets

  • 1 all-purpose flour, gluten-free or regular(I used oat)

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha  

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch 

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  •   2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • all season salt

  • ground black pepper

  • garlic powder

  • onion powder 

  • cayenne pepper

  • paprika

  • 1 cup gluten free crispy Panko breadcrumbs

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Mix flour and spices together in a large bowl .

  2. Add milk and lemon juice and mix well .

  3. Add broccoli florets coat evenly and add the Panko crumbs.

  4. Place on baking sheet and cook at 450 degrees from 10-12 mins .

  5. Add bang bang sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes  .

  6. And sesame seeds if desired .
