Bang Bang Broccoli

Ingredients:
BANG BANG SAUCE : mix together and set aside
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 sriracha
2 tablespoons cayenne
1 tablespoons pepper
1 table spoon all season salt
BANG BANG BROCCOLI :
1 lb. broccoli, chopped into florets
1 all-purpose flour, gluten-free or regular(I used oat)
1 tablespoon sriracha
1/2 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
all season salt
ground black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
cayenne pepper
paprika
1 cup gluten free crispy Panko breadcrumbs
Sesame seeds (optional)
DIRECTIONS :
Mix flour and spices together in a large bowl .
Add milk and lemon juice and mix well .
Add broccoli florets coat evenly and add the Panko crumbs.
Place on baking sheet and cook at 450 degrees from 10-12 mins .
Add bang bang sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes .
And sesame seeds if desired .
