This recipe is for chicken curry, a dish that is popular in many parts of the world. It is made with chicken, a variety of spices, and usually served with rice. This recipe can be easily tailored to your liking - add more spice if you like it hot, or tone it down by using less curry paste.

Spices:
Ground cumin
Turmeric
Curry powder
Garam masala powder
Cinnamon
Black pepper
Ground mustard
Ground cloves
Ground coriander
Salt
Ingredients:
Chicken, cut into pieces
Onion, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Ginger, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Tomato paste
Carrots
Green onions
Coconut cream
Olive oil
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine chicken and spice blend
In a large skillet over medium heat , heat oil . Add onion ,ginger and garlic and cook until softened.
Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, tomato paste, and coconut cream . Bring to a simmer and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 15-20mins. * for a thicker curry add cornstarch slurry *
Add topping tomatoes, carrots , green onions and sesame seeds
Serve hot with rice or bread
